Job Purpose:
To provide secretarial and general administrative support to the Deputy Director and the section, particularly in managing site development and building plan applications.

Application Requirements:

Qualifications: Grade 12
Experience: At least six months of relevant working experience in administrative support services
Skills: Computer literacy

Primary Functions:

Handle the submission and approval processes for site development and building plans.

Assist with file retrieval and maintain the filing system.
