Duties & Responsibilities

HR Graduate – Chester Butcheries

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The intern will work in the HR department and will be given exposure to generalist HR functions, including but not limited to, HR administration, recruitment, training and industrial relations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma qualification in HR field.
• Must have less than 2 years of working experience post studies.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must show initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Good  communication skills (verbal and written) skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Organised and good attention to detail.
• Trustworthy with an excellent work ethic.
• Must reside within the Durban area.

Marketing Graduate – Chester Butcheries

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The intern will work in the Marketing department and will be given exposure to marketing activities within the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma qualification in Marketing field.
• Must have less than 2 years of working experience post studies.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must show initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Organised and good attention to detail.
• Trustworthy with an excellent work ethic.
• Must reside within the Durban area and willing to travel.

2 X Supply Chain Graduate – Chandling International

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The intern will be assigned to either our Sales or Imports Department and will be given exposure to sales, procurement, logistics, and to warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics Management.
• Must have less than 2 years of working experience post studies.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must show initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a pressurised and fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Organised, and good attention to detail.
• Trustworthy with an excellent work ethic.
• Must reside within the Durban area.
