Job Purpose: Welcome clients, coordinate branch flow through efficient queue functioning, provide excellent client service by assisting clients at the ATM, and complete transactions on any remote or self-service channels.

Requirements:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate
- Ideal: At least 1 year’s client service experience in a retail/financial/banking environment

Knowledge:
- Basic calculations
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn.
Skills:
