Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum:
4
- 3 to 6 months of prior client service experience in a retail/financial/banking environment.
- If no experience, consideration given to candidates with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Ideal:
- Over 1 year’sff experience in a client service role within a retail/financial/banking environment.
- Demonstrated track record in sales and client interaction.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a similar field
- Certification in Finance or Banking
Knowledge:
- Minimum:
- Understanding of basic calculations.
- Knowledge of retail/consumer service environment.
- Ideal:
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank Products.
- Understanding of internal business processes, organizational policies (including BCGP principles).
Skills:
- Communication Skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
