- Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or related fields.

- More than 1 year in client service within retail, financial, or banking sectors.
- Proven success in sales and client engagement.

- Retail/consumer service environment.

- Internal processes, including Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP).
