1. Electrical Engineering
The successful candidate will assist the Electrical Engineering department to carry out electrical engineering work where mentorship will be provided to ensure safe work practices. The graduate will be required to be partake in projects issued by the Electrical Manager as part of their development Programme.
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric with a pass in Maths/Maths Lit and English.
- N6 Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
2. Mechanical Engineering
The successful candidate will assist the Mechanical Engineering department to carry out mechanical engineering work in accordance with that meets all requirements where mentorship will be provided to ensure safe work practices.
Educational Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric with a pass in Maths/Maths Lit and English.
- N6 certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Logistics
The purpose of a Logistics graduate is to provide administrative and coordinative support across the department.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric with Math
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management /Supply Chain Management or similar
4. IT
The main purpose of this role is providing IT support through the department’s Helpdesk to ensure the employees with the business have efficient and effective IT support services available.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (We can provide on the job training)
- Proficient in Windows environment (Windows 10, Server 2012-2019)
- Understanding of networking (switches, firewalls, VLAN’s, wireless etc)
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology/Software Development/Networking or similar
- IT Certifications advantageous
5. Finance
The purpose of this role will be to perform a variety of operational and analytical tasks within the Finance department.
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 and,
- A completed Bachelor of Commerce Degree / Diploma in Accounting or relevant equivalent

6. Planning
The purpose of this role is to aid the Planners in the day-to-day planning and sequencing of the production departments
Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 and with Math core
- A completed Btech, Diploma, Degree in Supply chain management or Production/Materials planning or relevant equivalent qualification
7. Technical Development & Quality
The purpose of this role will be to provide support in the tidying up and implementation of the DMS systems. Will also be tasked to assist with implementation of quality checklists, updating of sampling material, machine settings for all processes, new work instructions and procedures and assist with induction related to quality across the organization.
