Assmang (Black Rock Mine Operations) invites students to apply for Bursary Programme 2020 in Northern Cape.

Bursaries, inclusive of; tuition fees, accommodation and meals, and prescribe books, are available in the following fields of study:
- Mining Engineering (3)
- Rock Engineering (1)
- Industrial Engineering (2)
- Geology (1)
- Surveying (1)
- Human Resources / Industrial & Organisational Psychology (1)
- SHERQ – Occupational Hygiene (1)
The following selection criteria will apply:
- Students enrolled in full-time studies at a South African University or University of Technology.
- Students studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor of Technology, within their 3rd OR 4th year study.
- Applicants who are currently enrolled in a field of study specified above.
- Sound academic academic record, including mid-year exam results acceptable for initial application and year end results plus admission to the University required if shortlisted.
- Applicants already receiving a bursary or financial aid from another institution will not be considered.
Documents to be submitted as part of the application:
- An updated CV and supporting documents of achievements (including identity document).
- Recent academic record, including mid-years of study completed thus far (where applicable).
- Proof of current registration of the University or University of Technology.
- Only fully completed applications with all relevant documents required will be considered.
