ArcelorMittal South Africa offers a training opportunity for individuals possessing Grade 12 certificates to undergo training as Process Operators, focusing on the Steel Manufacturing Process. The training program follows a structured outcome-based approach that includes institutional and on-the-job training. Continuous assessment and progress monitoring are integral components of the learnership program. Positions are available at our Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging Operations.

- A contractual training agreement will be applicable.
- The Production Learnership includes Training-related costs, Personal Protective Equipment, Payment of Institutional Training, On-site Personal Insurance, and a monthly stipend. Note: Permanent employment upon completion is not guaranteed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Commitment to and successful completion of the learnership as required.
- Ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
- Adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and legislation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Qualification with English, Mathematics, or Maths Lit.
- Physical Science background would be advantageous.
- Strong team player capable of working independently.
- Driven and highly self-motivated individual.
- Agile thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and an aptitude for engineering.
