Transnet is excited to announce its Bursary Programme for the 2025 academic year, inviting South African students to apply. This initiative aims to support and develop future leaders by offering financial assistance for their studies.
Bursary Application Closing Date: 19 September 2024
Purpose
As part of the pipeline development strategy, Transnet is offering bursaries to specialist commercial disciplines. This aligns to address Transnet’s skills needs in support of the Company’s Business Strategy.
Qualifications and Experience
Technical Requirements:
Grade 12 Learners (SA Citizens only) with outstanding achievements, with a minimum APS score of five (5) in English, Mathematics and Physical Science. Current students and matric learners are encouraged to apply for one of our full time comprehensive bursaries in the following disciplines:
- Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering
Non-Technical Requirements:
Grade 12 Learners (SA Citizens only) with outstanding achievements, with a minimum APS score of five (5) in English and relevant subjects in line with the qualification
LLB (Property Law, Commerical law); Property studies / Real Estate; Geospatial; Supply Chain and Logistics; Horticulture
