These positions are in the field of Occupational Health and fall within the Sustainable Development unit. The job description and responsibilities include providing quality medical occupational nursing care to patients to ensure their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities: The role of a Professional Nurse in Occupational Health involves a range of responsibilities, including safety and health measures, performance and delivery of tasks, work management, sustainability and social activities, feedback reporting, and more.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- BTech or Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing
- Registration with the SA Nursing Council and SASOHN (South African Society of Occupational Health Nursing)
- Certification in Audiometry, Spirometry, and Vision
- Basic Life Support certificate (advantageous)
- At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse in mining or an industrial environment
- Strong administration and record-keeping skills
- Computer literacy
- QMed experience is a plus
- Excellent people skills, writing, and administration skills
- Communication skills and critical thinking
- Willingness and ability to work overtime or be on standby as per operational requirements
- A valid driver’s license and access to own transport
- Certificate of Fitness
