Algoa Toyota Port Elizabeth is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Petrol Mechanic Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the automotive industry while earning valuable qualifications.
The Position
The successful candidate will be enrolled in a 4-year Merseta Petrol Mechanic Apprenticeship, gaining both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Responsibilities will include assisting qualified technicians with vehicle repairs and servicing.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Ideally reside in Port Elizabeth area or surrounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Clean criminal record
- Passion for the automotive/mechanical industry and enjoyment of working with hands
- Science background and basic motor theory knowledge (advantageous)
