Closing Date: 18 October 2023 Locations: King Shaka International Airport, South Africa Job Title: General Assistant Trolley – Patterson Grade A3 Key Performance Output: As a General Assistant Trolley at King Shaka International Airport, you will be responsible for the following:

• Indicating unserviceable equipment to relevant stakeholders.
• Day-to-day deployment of equipment.
• Safeguarding of assets.
• Adhering to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOPs, operational standards, policies, and practices.
• Mitigating risk to limit injuries.
• Managing the company’s risk exposure through identifying, implementing, and maintaining risk control measures to minimize the company’s liability.
• Compiling and submitting general operational constraints reports.
• Reporting on trolley stock levels.
• Counting trolleys as required.
• Liaising and engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Engaging and assisting customers when required.
• Planning resources in terms of demand and supply.
• Monitoring resources to ensure operational needs are met.

Technical Skills and Experience: The following skills and experience, or the equivalent of such, will be required:

• National Senior Certificate Grade 12 is essential.
• Knowledge of skills required to perform a variety of primarily manual tasks.
