JOB DESCRIPTION

• Investigation of Customer Complaints/Technical problems.To provide technical service to both Marketing/Sales and Production Functions.Co-ordinate the manufacture and trial of experimental products for customers.Evaluation of alternative raw materials.Assist in implementing new/improved chemical process technologies.Collect and evaluate process data, interpret results and make value adding conclusionsDocument, communicate and archive results.Provide process support to projects.To provide technical expertise for:– product composition and properties– problem prevention– root cause or failure analysis

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Studying towards a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Analytical ChemistryCompleted S4 theory, all subjects passed
