Purpose of the Job
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the Adjudication Department with daily office and document management tasks, meeting coordination, and compliance administration. This role is perfect for candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Administration
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of departmental activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and control standards.
- Stay aligned with business goals and internal benchmarks.
Office Coordination
- Manage stationery needs and document capturing.
- Allocate matters to team members and send out stakeholder communication.
- Verify documents, track queries, and maintain registers.
Meeting Support
- Arrange and coordinate departmental meetings.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Track outstanding resolutions and manage diaries.
Document & Records Management
- Administer records as per RAF filing protocols.
- Ensure accurate filing and secure document handling.
- Allocate file numbers, record data, and ensure easy retrieval.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Experience Required
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support environment.
