This learnership is perfect for individuals with a Diploma in Finance and a passion for customer relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification. Responsibilities:
Sales and Service Delivery Focus (Supervision and Support)
- Sales Activation & Conversion: Facilitate seamless sales activation for both new and existing customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture consultative relationships to deepen customer loyalty and generate business referrals.
- Sales Fulfillment & Reporting: Ensure timely fulfillment of sales and handle any related customer queries efficiently.
Customer Experience Management
- Provide exceptional, individualized service to customers and enhance the brand experience.
- Foster strong relationships through understanding customer needs and delivering personalized solutions.
Managing Transactional Activities
- Follow daily workforce plans and schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet goals.
- Track and report on key performance trends and customer activity.
- Ensure that all reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Risk and Governance
- Comply with all internal and external risk, governance policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to industry regulations such as NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.
- Investigate and resolve, or escalate, credit- and fraud-related issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Finance is a requirement.
- Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Financial Planning qualifications
- RE5 certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers face-to-face.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance with risk and governance policies.
