Episode 115
Mkhonto instructs his side-kick to go and check if Nosipho and MaNgcobo got shot and if they are fine. Nombuso encourages Ayanda not to give up on the church revival.
MaNgcobo orders that Mxolisi and Mastermind hunt down the shooter and kill him. MaNzuza is crushed to see Amandla and Nkosinathi passed out and high on whoonga.

Episode 116
Mkhonto, Mxolisi and Mastermind form a formidable team. The police are on the trail of Mxolisi’s new business activities. Ayanda makes a shocking demand of Nombuso in exchange for his forgiveness.

Nombuso prays for her baby’s paternity to remain a secret. Nombuso tells Thobile that Ayanda wants her to publicly humiliate herself. Smangele fails to get Mastermind and Mkhonto to call a truce.

Xulu comes back, and MaNgcobo is horrified. She gives him a piece of her mind, and he’s surprised to hear about the changes that have taken place, like selling whoonga and hiring Sbu. Xulu pays Sbu a visit and promises to kill his family, unless he becomes his eyes and ears.

Episode 119
Nombuso and Thobile research the dangers of the test Ayanda wants them to do. Zwi tells Mxolisi she accepts him for who he is and it overwhelms him. Xulu grows frustrated in knowing that there is nothing he can do about Mkhonto and Mxolisi ruining his business.

Episode 120
Dhlomo isn’t convinced Sgqemeza is dead. Mabuza is shocked to learn that Mkhonto is back and working with Mxolisi. On the other hand, Mkhonto picks a fight with the lethal Nongoloza. Nombuso learns the truth, that will ensure she and Mxolisi can live happily ever after.

Episode 121
Nombuso is taken into theatre for an emergency operation. MaNgcobo and Mabuza have to stop Xulu from wanting to go after the shooters. Nosipho nearly finds Xulu in the house. Mxolisi watches as Nombuso is declared dead.

Episode 122
Manzuza tells Ayanda that Nombuso is dead. Mxolisi wants Mabuza to keep an eye on Sbu while he is in jail. Xulu and Mangcobo make peace. Ayanda lashes out at Nosipho.

Episode 123
One minute Ayanda wants out of the competition because of Nombuso’s death, sending ready choir members and MaMlambo into a frenzy. The next minute he is back on board thanks to GC’s helping him see the light, disappointing Mangena in the process.
MaNgcobo and Gxabhashe reconcile but still can’t agree when the children should be informed of his rise from the dead. Shaun saves the day when he walks in to represent Sbu who is on the verge of taking a deal from Dhlomo and spilling the beans.

Episode 124
Xulu rescues Mxolisi from Nongoloza. The KwaMashu Kingdom Angels win the choir competition and Nkosinathi is healed. Mkhonto comes face to face with Xulu and Xulu wants to shut down the whoonga operation.

Episode 125
Ayanda discovers that Mxolisi was in fact the father of Nombuso’s baby. A fuming Manzuza is surprised when Xulu requests that when Pastor Mdletshe is released that the four adults of the two families have an important meeting.
Dhlomo confirms that Pastor Mdletshe will be released after lunch the following day, much to the jubilation of the rest of his family.

Episode 126
MaNgcobo stands against Xulu when he threatens to kick Mxolisi out of the house. Mkhonto makes Mxolisi an offer to take over the business and team up with each other. Mxolisi declares war on Ayanda for killing his child. Xulu tells MaNgcobo about the baby switch.

Episode 127
Xulu tries to convince MaNgcobo that Mxolisi is not their son. MaNgcobo wants proof from MaMlambo and Xulu that Mxolisi isn’t their son. Ayanda thinks Pastor Mdletshe must have had a reason to abandon them. Mastermind destroys Amandla’s whoonga.
