EBA Ltd is committed to contributing to South Africa’s national skills development agenda by focusing on both internal and external talent development initiatives. This external commitment to the skills development of unemployed learners is demonstrated both through the provision of Learnership and Internships.TEBA Limited is offering a Business Administration Learnership. This Learnership programme provides unemployed matriculants an opportunity to gain employment experience in the Business administration function. Learners who take part in this program will benefit from gaining critical functional and behavioural competencies which contribute significantly to the learner’s employment marketability.This is a 12-month programme giving the learners exposure to various roles within TEBA branches and offices throughout South Africa. Candidates who meet the minimum criteria will be signed on a 12 month learnership. The learners will receive a learner stipend for the duration of the programme. On completion the learners will obtain a recognised National Certificate in Business Administration (NQF level 4).
Qualifying criteria:
- Be aged 18 to 30 years
- Be able to speak, read and write English
- Have completed matric with a pass in mathematics
- Not be permanently employed
- Not be studying at any other institution
- Not be registered on any other Learnership
- As per TEBA Employment Equity policy, preference will be given to Black Candidates (African and Coloureds) with disabilities
Please note: The company does not currently have wheel chair facilities and is therefore not able to accommodate learners in wheelchairs.
As part of the application process, we will check the following:
- Register for Employees Dismissed
- Credit record
- Any criminal record
- Reference checks with previous employers (if relevant)
- Educational qualifications
- Proof of South African citizenship.
