  • Period: 20 January – 7 February 2025

  • Period: 20 January – 7 February 2025
    • Postgraduate students must also attend curriculum advice sessions during this period to ensure they register correctly for their master’s, doctoral, or other postgraduate programs.

How to Register Online for UFS 2025

The process for registering at UFS is easy and can be done online. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to complete your registration for 2025:

Step 1: Visit the UFS Registration Portal

Step 2: Log In with Your Student Details

  • If you’re a first-time student, you’ll need to use your student number and PIN (which was sent to you after acceptance).
  • If you’re a returning student, log in with your existing credentials.

Step 3: Review Personal Information

  • Make sure your personal details are up to date. This includes your contact information, address, and program choices. For first-year students, check that your chosen course and study program are correctly listed.
