Miway invites unemployed graduates to apply for Client Services Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.

Internship Location: Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa

Responsibilities:

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

• Data capturing and updating of client information
• Telephonic engagement with clients and internal stakeholders
• Handling calls transferred from internal message center
• Audit calls, transcribe and report on any errors identified
• Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Collaboration with different stakeholders including vehicle tracking company
• Action work items timeously in line with SLA

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate / NQF 4
• Must have a Degree or Diploma
