4Arrows is inviting unemployed youth to apply for Apprenticeship Programme 2024 / 2025.

Apprenticeship Application Closing Date: 30 September 2024

Location: Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa

Required Trades:

• Diesel Mechanics or Earth Moving Equipment Mechanics
• Millwrights
• Auto Electricians
• Boilermakers

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety regulations set out in the mine’s policies.
• Work actively towards achieving required goals.
• Assist Artisans with breakdown maintenance and planned maintenance.
• Conduct fault finding and requisition necessary parts.
• Complete job cards and follow up on breakdowns.
• Ensure tidiness and good housekeeping of work areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.
• N2 Engineering (four subjects) with relevant trade theory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Medically fit and able to pass a medical exam as required by the designated mines.

Knowledge & Competencies:

• Fully bilingual.
• Results-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Basic problem-solving and self-management skills.
