Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Admin Officer to join our National Office in Braamfontein on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing HR administration, and providing support across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardize and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage centralized HR processes and mitigate operational risks.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, onboarding, and appointment documentation.
- Administer employee onboarding in SAP, including medical aid and pension fund setup.
- Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems.
- Resolve queries and discrepancies from HR Helpdesk and Public Folders.
- Administer pension fund, Group Life, and medical aid in compliance with HR policy.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and resolve remuneration and pay queries.
- Manage leave and attendance processes.
- Provide logistical support as needed.
Required Competencies:
- National Senior Certificate or Matric plus a post-Matric qualification in Human Resources Management or Organisational Development.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Experience with SAP.
