Ekurhuleni West TVET College invites unemployed graduates to apply for Management Assistant Traineeship Internship Programme 2024.

Internship Application Closing Date: 06 September 2024

Internship Location: Kempton Campus

Post Description:

  • Management Assistant – assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties as assigned, including:
    • Receiving telephone calls;
    • Rendering customer service;
    • Information processing (memoranda, letters, e-mail, internet, minutes, etc.);
    • Filing of documentation and records;
    • Collection of post/faxes and distribution to relevant staff, as required;
    • Data capturing;
    • Assisting with registration of students;
    • ITS capturing.

Minimum requirements:

  • Senior Certificate and N6 Management Assistant.

Nature of appointment:

  • 18 Months.

Stipend:

  • R 4,200.00 per month (stipend).

  • 06 September 2024,

  • As soon as possible.

Candidates are to complete and submit by hand:

  • NEW Z83: Application for Employment form (effective from 01 January 2021 – those who use the old Z83 form will be disqualified) , and obtainable from any Public Service Department, or here: Z83: Application for Employment Form).

The form must be accompanied by:

  • A comprehensive CV with three contactable references and email addresses;
  • Original certified copies of academic record (transcript);
  • Original certified copies of Matric certificate and Certificates for N4-N6;
  • Original certified copy of Identity Document (both sides for smart card);
  • Certification should not be older than three (3) months.
