Requirements:
- ABET/Grade 11 Certificate and Grade ‘’C’’ PSIRA or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years’ experience in security operations.
- No criminal records or pending cases.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, shifts (Day/Night), weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo vetting.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of Security legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with Public Service Regulations, Security Registers, Batho Pele Principles, MISS.
- Good customer management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Time management.

Duties:
- Perform access control functions.
- Escort visitors and contractors within premises.
- Conduct electronic searches on individuals and baggage.
- Ensure safety of staff and visitors.
- Conduct general and patrolling duties, including vehicle searches.
- Maintain records of incidents.
- Monitor access to parking areas.
- Register and authorize the departure of departmental assets.
- Prevent unauthorized access and the entry of dangerous objects.
