- They have a research and development facility in Cape Town, South Africa, which supports product development.
- Completing all required theoretical modules for the trade.
- Participating in on-the-job training and related training programs.
- Supporting the production process to ensure availability and reliability.
- Developing problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Adhering to plant rules and regulations.
- A Matric Certificate with at least a 50% pass mark in Maths, Physical Science, and English as a second language.
- A minimum of NTC3 engineering, with relevant trade theory as a subject.
- A basic understanding of engineering.
- Team orientation, systematic and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to use initiative, and be a team player.
- The ability to work overtime and shifts when required.
