Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) invites applicants for Internship / Graduate Placement Programme 2020. The interns are for the period of 12 months.

Internship Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) wishes to recruit unemployed diplomas and graduate into a Graduate Placement Programme. Interested applicants should be South African citizens who have completed their qualifications at a recognised tertiary institution in the following fields of study:
- Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current);
- Mechanical Engineering;
- Mining Engineering
- Mine Surveying and
- Occupational Hygiene
The following are requirement to be eligible for consolidation:
- Fully completed Z83 application form (download pdf)
- Qualifying subjects obtained during course of study to be accepted as GCC candidate.
- Attach certified copies of:
- Identity Document;
- Full academic record;
- Qualification or letter indicating completion of qualification from an academic institution; and
- Certificate of fitness
