Rhino Africa: Internships 2018 in Cape Town
Rhino Africa is offering a Brand Marketing & Communications Internship Programme for 2018 in Cape Town. Candidate will be in charge of capturing rates and supporting information from various travel suppliers in the reservation system. Interns will receive a monthly stipends during their placement.

- Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline suitable for this multi-functional role
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline suitable for this multi-functional role
- Have some experience with content creation, digital marketing and SEO, and ideally even design & photography
- Boast strong computer literacy and working experience with the Google Suite (especially Google Sheets/Docs)
- Possess the gift of the gab – as Rhino Africa’s ‘brand ambassador’ excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must!
- Be a team player who is not afraid to pass the ball – collaboration is one of our core value
Responsibilities
- Building Rhino Africa’s employer brand via campaigns and multimedia communication strategies aimed at marketing Rhino Africa as a place to work
- Attending university events, organizing in-house networking events and forming lasting relationships with international and local tertiary institutions as well as businesses and recruitment agencies
- Managing Rhino Africa’s LinkedIn and assisting with B2B marketing strategies
- Writing content, capturing pictures and creating designs for ad hoc assignments, advertising initiatives, up-and-coming projects and current brand marketing features, like the ‘Spotlight On’ series
- Assisting in the development of Rhino Africa’s flagship HR News – announcing new starters, leavers and exciting company events/celebrations
- Contributing to Rhino Africa’s first-of-its-kind recruitment blog – offering candidates advice on best practices, CV tips & ‘How to become a Rhino African’
- Playing a pivotal role in the development of Rhino Africa’s first ever graduate programme
- Arranging recruitment best practice workshops for hiring managers and recruiting teams
- Conducting research to gain insight on the latest trends in titles, salaries and talent acquisition
