Apprenticeship Opportunities:
Required Trades: Earthmoving Equipment Mechanics / Diesel Mechanics / Welders / Auto Electricians
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies
- Actively work towards achieving required goals
- Assist Artisan with breakdown maintenance/Planned maintenance
- Fault-finding
- Requisition of parts needed
- Job cards
- Follow up on breakdowns
Minimum Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- N2 Engineering Certificate (four subjects) with the relevant trade subjects
- Valid drivers licence
- Must be medically fit and pass medical examination as required from the designated mines
