Tracker Connect invites unemployed youth to apply for Installation Technician Work Integrated Learning / Learnership Programme 2024 / 2025.
Learnership Location: Randburg, Guateng, South Africa

Responsibilities
- Installations: Follow set standards to install electronic equipment in vehicles.
- Documentation: Complete relevant paperwork for each installation.
- Schedule Adherence: Ensure timely completion of installations based on a pre-determined schedule.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service according to company standards.
- Asset Responsibility: Take care of company-issued assets.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Studying towards a qualification in Electrical Engineering or related fields (e.g., Autotronics, Auto Electrical, Electrical Engineering N3).
- A letter from a University/TVET College confirming the need for workplace exposure to complete the qualification.
- Experience:
- No prior formal work experience required.
- No prior experience in a technical-related programme.
- Other Criteria:
- Unemployed status.
- Willingness to travel for related coursework.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Computer literacy (MS Office) is advantageous.
- Independent thinking, logic, and reasoning skills are key.
